Certification
An important part of the quality philosophy of J. Reinhold GmbH is the maximum quality assurance in the production of your drawing parts and assemblies. Therefore we decided to certify in 2012 according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. The quality management system was continuously expanded & in 2018 the re-certification to DIN ISO 9001:2015 was carried out.

Environmental Technology
In order to meet the permanently or selectively high loads on your products, J. Reinhold GmbH offers a wide range of process-accompanying quality assurance measures. It is important to us to ensure the long-term and high quality of your parts. Each production step is carried out by experienced and trained personnel with the highest standards of precision and quality. In addition - depending on the specifications - a detailed concentricity measurement, surface measurement and length measurement is carried out.
All measuring equipment and measuring tools are regularly calibrated and of course accurately managed. Random sample inspections according to AQL 1 are also part of the standard. Recurring SPC inspections and detailed inspection reports round off the range of services in the area of quality assurance. Since many of our customers come from the automotive industry, we are aiming for certification according to IATF (International Automotive Task Force) in the future.
We at Reinhold make sustainable decisions, also with regard to innovative and environmentally friendly energy generation. By investing in large photovoltaic systems, we use the sun as a source of renewable energy. We protect the environment because no pollutants are released when the sun's rays are converted into electrical energy. Our photovoltaic systems ensure us an excellent ecological balance.
